Day One and going forward...

I have been reading and appreciating all types of blogs since I was introduced to them a year ago. I have decided to try my hand at one as well. It's amazing how many excellent writers are out there all ready - hopefully I can measure up.

This blog is principally about cooking and interesting recipes the good, the bad and the ugly! As in...There was a girl with a chocolate curl....when the cooking was good it was very very good but when it was bad it was horrid!

So here's to the first day - I've got a polish fermenting in the kitchen for some lovely bread later on. If It turns out I'll photo it and share the recipe - if it doesn't turn out I'll photo it but you probably won't want the recipe. Hope to hear from some of you soon whether triumphs or failures...
